Definitions
  • "Service" refers to the SVG to SVGHMI online converter available at svghmi.pro
  • "User" or "You" refers to any individual or legal entity registered on the SVGHMI.PRO platform
  • "Credits" refers to digital units purchased to use the Service
  • "Source Files" refers to SVG files uploaded by the User for conversion
  • "Output Files" refers to SVGHMI files generated by the Service
  • "Commercial Use" refers to use of Output Files in commercial projects, products, or services for profit
  • "Copyright Notice" refers to the header comment automatically inserted at the beginning of each Output File
Grant of Rights

Upon successful conversion and credit deduction, you receive a perpetual, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use the Output Files.

License Rights Include:

  • Unlimited commercial use in projects of any scale
  • Integration into products and applications sold to end customers
  • Use in client projects and commissioned work
  • Integration into SaaS products and web applications
  • Use in industrial visualization systems (SCADA, HMI, TIA Portal, WinCC)
  • Edit and modify Output Files
  • Create derivative works based on Output Files
  • Integrate with other elements and components
  • Distribute Output Files as part of commercial products
  • Transfer Output Files to clients as part of project deliverables

No attribution is required in your product's user interface or documentation, with the exception that the Copyright Notice within the Output File itself must remain intact as specified in Section 3.

By purchasing Credits, you receive the right to convert SVG files to SVGHMI format, upload and download files via the web interface, and access technical support.

License Requirements and Restrictions

The Copyright Notice automatically inserted in Output Files must not be removed or modified. This requirement does not prevent commercial use of Output Files, does not require attribution in your product's UI or documentation, and only applies to the comment header within the SVGHMI file itself. This is a standard practice similar to other development tools. You may add your own comments and notices after the Copyright Notice.

You agree not to, and you will not permit others to:

  • Create competing converter services based on SVGHMI.PRO
  • Provide access to the Service to third parties under your own brand
  • Reverse engineer the conversion algorithms
  • Perform automated mass scraping or harvesting of the Service
  • Engage in DDoS attacks or cause excessive server load
  • Circumvent the payment or credit system
  • Upload malicious content or files that violate third-party rights
  • Sell Output Files as standalone digital products without substantial added value
  • Create marketplaces or libraries of SVGHMI files for resale

You may include Output Files in commercial products and applications, but you may not resell Output Files as standalone items.

You represent and warrant that you possess all necessary rights to the Source Files you upload, you do not infringe on any third-party copyrights or intellectual property rights, and you bear full responsibility for the content of uploaded files. SVGHMI.PRO is not responsible for any infringement of third-party rights by users.

Credits and Payment

Credits never expire and may be used at any time. Credits are charged only for successful conversions. In case of conversion errors, credits are not deducted. Credits are tied to your account and are non-transferable. Unused credits are non-refundable in monetary terms.

Refunds are available in cases of technical issues preventing conversion, systematic errors in converter operation, or within 14 days of purchase if credits remain unused. Refunds are not available if credits have already been used for conversions, if you are unsatisfied with conversion results but the file was successfully processed, or if more than 14 days have passed since purchase.

Warranties and Liability

SVGHMI.PRO strives to provide high conversion success rate, visual accuracy compared to Source Files, and fast processing times. The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. There is no guarantee of 100% successful conversion of all SVG file types, no guarantee of compatibility with specific TIA Portal or WinCC versions, and no guarantee of uninterrupted Service availability.

SVGHMI.PRO is not liable for direct or indirect damages from using Output Files, loss of data or profits, downtime of production systems using Output Files, or incompatibility with specific software. SVGHMI.PRO's total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Credits used.

Data Privacy and Security

Uploaded SVG files are stored on encrypted servers. Only the uploading user has access to their files. Files may be deleted by the user at any time. SVGHMI.PRO does not use file contents for commercial purposes and files are not shared with third parties.

Files in the "Errors" (faulted) folder may be automatically deleted after 30 days. Successfully converted files are stored indefinitely until deleted by the user or account closure. For details, see the Privacy Policy.

Intellectual Property

The Service, including all conversion algorithms, code, and infrastructure, is owned by SVGHMI.PRO and protected by international copyright laws. You retain all rights to your Source Files. You receive a commercial license to Output Files as defined in Section 2. The Copyright Notice remains the property of SVGHMI.PRO.

Changes to This Agreement

SVGHMI.PRO reserves the right to modify this Agreement. Users will be notified of changes via email 30 days in advance. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. Rights to previously generated Output Files remain unchanged.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the European Union and international copyright law. Disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiations. If negotiations fail, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of the EU.
