What is the svg to widgets converter for?
The converter is designed to convert vector images in SVG format to widget format for Siemens WinCC Unified development environment. This converter allows you to automatically bind parameters for dynamic colour change of the widget or its part without opening the text editor. You can also add the "Flip" property, which will mirror your widget on the Y-axis.
There's so many settings, I don't figure out what to do.
You can check out the articles on our blog or our YouTube channel to see what the different options do. But even without them, you can leave them as defaults and get to work. They have already been selected for most tasks.
How many images can be uploaded for conversion at one time?
You can upload up to 20 images at a time.
What is the maximum weight of the image to convert?
Maximum image size for uploading is 2 megabytes.
AI Widget Generator
Can the AI build a widget for me instead of drawing one?
Yes. Describe what you need in plain words — "a 270° pressure gauge, 0–10 bar, green-amber-red zones, needle, value in the centre" — and the AI generator builds a validated SVGHMI widget you can download and open in WinCC Unified. You can also upload an existing image or SVG and have it traced into widget geometry.
Does AI generation spend the same credits as the converter?
The same balance, at different rates. Converting an SVG costs 1 credit per downloaded widget. Generating a widget with AI costs 2 credits, and importing an image costs 1. Editing a generated widget is free for the first 3 edits, then 1 credit each.
Is AI generation included in the unlimited plan?
Yes. The unlimited plan includes 100 AI generations per month alongside unlimited conversions. The allowance resets each billing period.
Can I use the AI generator straight after signing up?
AI generation unlocks after your first credit purchase — any pack will do. Conversion and previews are available before that.
Where do I find the widgets I generated earlier?
Your recent generations are listed at the bottom of the AI generator page while you are signed in. Hover a card to preview it and download the file again — re-downloading costs nothing.

What are the Credits?
Credits are the currency of the site. They are spent when you download a converted widget, generate a widget with AI, or import an image into a widget — all for the svghmi format supported by the Siemens WinCC Unified development environment.
How do I get credits?
You can buy them on our website by choosing one of the credit packs on the pricing page. There is also an unlimited subscription if you convert and generate regularly.
Do credits burn up over time?
No, credits do not expire. They stay on your account until you spend them on converting, generating or importing widgets. The unlimited plan works differently: it is a subscription with a monthly allowance that resets each billing period.
What are the credits deducted for?
For the converter, credits are deducted once at the moment of clicking the "Download" button — one downloaded widget costs one credit, and pressing "Download" again for the same widget is free. You can convert and preview as many times as you like without paying. AI generation is charged when the widget is produced, and if a generation fails the credits are returned to your balance automatically.

Can I purchase as a business?
Yes! Our payment system is fully adapted for corporate clients. You can select "Business purchase" during checkout, add your company's VAT ID and business details, choose Wire Transfer or Purchase Order payment methods, and receive proper invoices for your accounting department. All transactions are securely processed by PayProGlobal, our trusted e-commerce partner.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) for individual purchases. For business purchases, we also support Wire Transfer and Purchase Order options. All payments are processed securely through PayProGlobal payment gateway.
Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely! All payment transactions are processed through PayProGlobal, a trusted global e-commerce platform with industry-standard security measures including SSL encryption and PCI DSS compliance. We never store your payment card information on our servers.
Do you offer refunds?
We stand behind the quality of our products. If you experience technical issues or are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact our support team at support@svghmi.pro within 14 days of purchase. We will review your case and provide a refund if applicable according to our terms of service.
